We had company over today and I was craving something slightly sweet, so we whipped up this shake!
Fat Food Addiction’s Watermelon Berry Shake
- 2 cups of fresh seedless organic watermelon
- 1 1/2 cups of wild organic frozen blueberries
- 1 sliced organic banana
- about 1/4 cup of soy vanilla ice cream
It makes about 3 servings, which I shared with our kids, and it was gone FAST! Plus, this “shake” was probably sweeter than I would have liked, but the blueberries tasted amazing with the watermelon. It was a bit thinner than my past smoothies too, but the texture more than made up for it. Plus, look at how gorgeous that purple and red is!
